Overview

Clinician Compliance is a SaaS platform designed to help healthcare professionals and organisations manage professional compliance requirements, including documentation, credentials, renewals and compliance records.

This project is divided into two stages. First, the intern will learn about Clinician Compliance, its purpose, its features and the users it is designed to serve. Second, the intern will use that understanding to investigate the needs, challenges and expectations of potential customers.

The project is intended to develop practical skills in product research, customer discovery, market research and business analysis.

The intern is not being asked to develop, redesign or modify the Clinician Compliance platform.

Expectations

Research and understand the Clinician Compliance product before making conclusions about it.

Complete both tasks in order:

1. Learning — develop a clear understanding of the product, the problem it addresses and its intended users.
2. Discovery — investigate potential customer needs, challenges, alternatives and expectations.

Use the Clinician Compliance website as the primary source for learning about the product.

For the Discovery task, use appropriate external sources where relevant and record the sources used.

The work should be the intern's own work and should demonstrate their own understanding and analysis.

Distinguish between facts, observations and inferences. Do not present assumptions as facts.

Do not fabricate customer opinions, interviews, statistics or research findings.

Do not modify the Clinician Compliance website, access private customer information, create fake customer accounts or contact customers or healthcare organisations unless separately authorised.
